On December 2, 2013 John Dalli of Dalli & Marino, LLP appeared for trial in Superior Court, Middlesex County, New Jersey on behalf of his client, an infant who suffered brain damage at birth as a result of the medical malpractice and negligence of an obstetrician and hospital staff during the labor and delivery of the child. Mr. Dalli’s lawsuit alleged the doctor and hospital staff failed to timely deliver the infant resulting in oxygen deprivation and permanent brain damage to the child. The child has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy as a result of the medical malpractice and negligence. During jury selection the defendants agreed to a combined settlement of 5.95 Million Dollars.
