Bio
Ms. Ramasso started her career at a large defense firm in Manhattan where she became a senior associate defending claims in both State and Federal Court involving security/premises liability, toxic tort litigation including asbestos and lead paint as well as complex construction and product liability matters.
Ms. Ramasso also spent many years at a firm in Mineola where her emphasis was on defending general liability and motor vehicle accidents for several major insurance carriers. During this period, Ms. Ramasso was also responsible for handling the firm’s real estate practice.
Since coming to Dalli and Marino, LLP, Ms. Ramasso has handled a wide variety of cases on behalf of the firm’s clients but has focused primarily on those matters which seek to recover against nursing homes and hospitals who have failed to provide appropriate care. Ms. Ramasso has particular experience in those matters involving falls at nursing homes and the specific types of injuries, both physical and psychological, caused by such incidents. Ms. Ramasso has successfully resolved many of these cases through settlement prior to trial.
While pursuing her professional career, Ms Ramasso has raised two teenage children.
