Marie G. Costello, Esq is an associate at Dalli & Marino, LLP, with over 28 years of experience representing plaintiffs and litigating personal injury cases. Her experience includes general negligence, labor law, products liability, nursing home and medical malpractice actions.
Ms. Costello started her career at a large plaintiff firm in Manhattan where she represented plaintiffs in both State and Federal Court in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice and products liability.
Ms. Costello also spent many years at a firm on Long Island where she represented plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury actions with a large emphasis on the settlement of claims by negotiating directly with insurance carriers, arbitrations and mediations.
Four years ago, Ms. Costello focused her attention on holding nursing homes accountable for their abuse and neglect. She has concentrated on cases involving residents in long-term care and rehabilitation settings who sustained devastating injuries such as fractures from falls, pressure ulcers, dehydration, malnutrition, untreated infections and death and has successfully resolved many cases prior to trial.
Ms. Costello joined Dalli and Marino, LLP, an experienced litigator concentrating on catastrophic injury. She is focusing primarily on those matters which seek to recover against nursing homes and hospitals who have failed to provide appropriate care.
