Today John Dalli of Dalli & Marino, LLP settled a lawsuit against Crown Nursing Home of Brooklyn for $375,000.00 on behalf of a former resident who developed bedsores while residing at the nursing home. Mr. Dalli’s lawsuit alleged nursing home negligence in the care and treatment of his client. The nursing home agreed to the settlement at a mediation before Judge John P. DiBlasi.
